Monel 400 is a conventional grade of Monel K500, which is nickel-copper alloy fasteners and precipitation-hardenable alloy grade in the market. Both Monel 400 and K500 washers have excellent corrosion resistance and the benefit of good toughness and strength by adding aluminum. There are some reliable properties of Monel K500 Spring washers, such as good strength, high toughness, and fracture toughness, all thanks to the two most standard elements as Titanium and aluminum.
