These fasteners are used when the pressure or heat temperature is high.Nickel 200/ 201 fasteners are made of elements like nickel, carbon, chromium, silicon, and much more. Nickel 200/201 includes 99% of nickel in it. Nickel is an element that has excellent mechanical and physical properties. The tensile strength of these fasteners is 462 Mpa whereas the yield strength is 148 Mpa. 201 grade Coated Fastener also has excellent welding and annealing properties. These fasteners extremely durable and hence they are used for long-term uses.
