STAINLESS STEEL 304/304L/304H FASTENERS are fasteners made up of an alloy of chromium and nickel. STAINLESS STEEL 304/304L/304H FASTENERS contains 18 percent of chromium and 8 percent of nickel. Therefore it is an austenitic chromium alloy. They also contain carbon which is comparatively in lesser amount compared to the other fasteners. The low carbon content also helps to reduce the carbide precipitation and therefore is one of the best chromium-nickel alloys. As Grade 304 FASTENERS are made of chromium and nickel, they are highly durable, have excellent tensile strength, and can withstand various atmospheric conditions. They could also be available in different shapes and sizes depending upon the user specifications. These UNS 304L FASTENERS are also cheaper compared to the rest. These fasteners can be proved an excellent option that can be used instead of stainless steel, which could be comparatively more expensive than them.
Also, as 304H SS Grade FASTENERS are made up of chromium and nickel, they can be used in different applications where the environment may be challenging to operate in. However, these fasteners could work their best even in this environment and can resist pitting. They are primarily used in applications where pressure is required.
